Educated Decisions For Buyers
I'm here to ensure you have as much information as possible about your future Central Florida home. All houses have quirks, flaws and defects but that doesn't mean it's not the right home for you. The purpose of a home inspection is to help you know what you're getting into in order to make an educated buying decision. Whether you're willing to put in repairs yourself after you purchase or the Seller is able to take care of things, every transaction is different and we are providing a tool to assist in your decision-making process.

Annual Inspection
Your home requires regular maintenance and care to make sure all the systems are in good working order.
Sometimes we miss or just plain forget about small problems or routine repairs so Annual Maintenance Inspections are a great way to help prevent long-term damage from minor issues before they turn into a major repair, expense or headache.
Home Inspection
I provide both Buyer and Seller inspections to make sure your home has no hidden issues.
My inspection evaluates a home’s interior and exterior in order to provide you with a comprehensive, unbiased report on the condition of the home the day we inspect it. This is a non-invasive inspection which includes the accessible and visible systems, structure and components
Insurance Inspection
Many insurance companies will require you get an inspection. These can be bundled with a full home inspection or completed separately.
Depending on the age and features of your home, you may need a 4-Point and/or a Wind Mitigation inspection. These reports can also support discounts on your insurance rates based on the findings.
